The next Smoke Rise community yard sale will be Saturday, May 4, 2024.  The HOA advertises the yard sale in newspapers, flyers and social media pages, and publish an interactive link to each participating home. They also place signs at all the entrances to Smoke Rise. Directional signs to each home from the entrances are the responsibility of each homeowner.
